Periodic Building Visitation Service
We conduct periodic inspections and routine cleaning of common areas in buildings managed by property management companies and prepare reports for each company. By using mobile devices installed with Jun-kun, our company’s report system for periodic inspection of real estate properties, we can quickly create visitation reports that include photos of inspection items and of items before and after they are cleaned. Employees of the property management company can then view the reports online at a time suitable for them.
Furthermore, the system’s unique features enable us to undertake work in areas where we do not have offices, allowing us to provide our services for buildings nationwide.
Rental Container Inspection Service
We conduct periodic cleaning of rental containers and storage units, prepare reports, and submit them to the operators. In addition to periodic cleaning, we also undertake repair work on areas of containers and storage rooms that are under private use in the event that any problems are found. As in our periodic building visitation service, Jun-kun is used to provide reports to the management company of the rental container or storage room.
Monthly Condominium Support Service
We sell and rent bedding to tenants of monthly condominiums and other regular rental tenants. We offer this service in major cities (from Sapporo to Naha) where many people require temporary bedding, and when the bedding is no longer needed, it is individually collected and cleaned before being rented again.
In addition to monthly rental condominiums, we also provide services to operators of new furnished rental properties to reduce the time and effort required of the operators of such properties. These services include the sale, rental, and installation of furniture and appliances, cleaning services after tenants move out, as well as cleaning and temporary storage of furniture and appliances.
System Solutions Service
Real Estate Management System (Jun-kun)
Jun-kun is a proprietary system we developed to support our visitation and inspection services. The system allows us to quickly and automatically create accurate reports to be submitted to owners. Inspections are performed according to checklists displayed on iPads, and the data for the reports is generated simply by taking pictures and documenting the necessary points.
The system also displays the model numbers, quantities, and replacement location of supplies such as light bulbs, allowing us to manage all kinds of information on a single platform.

Nationwide Two-Man Delivery Network Service
By building and utilizing a nationwide delivery network (PAPANETS CO.,Ltd) in which two-person teams deliver large items such as furniture, interior goods, and office fixtures, and unpack, assemble, and install them, we have been able to fulfill requests from house manufacturers to deliver interior goods to be sold along with newly built houses and condominiums.
Without our network, when multiple pieces of new furniture are purchased along with a new house, separate deliveries have to be made for each type and manufacturer of furniture, which means the customer must be present for every delivery, costing time and effort. However, we are able to eliminate the need to be present for multiple deliveries by gathering every piece of furniture at our distribution center and delivering them all at once.
These services are made possible through the cooperation of logistics companies around the country who have joined PaPaNet to provide two-person deliveries nationwide.
Interior Coordination Service
We sell and rent interior furnishings to house manufacturers and real estate distribution companies for the purpose of preparing interiors (home staging) for viewings of new, used, and rental properties by potential buyers and renters.
Maintenance Service for Curtains and Blinds
At the request of owners of houses purchased from house manufacturers, our company installs and maintains curtain rails and replaces blinds.
Interior Materials Procurement Service
As part of our commitment to the SDGs, we procure domestic timber (logs from thinning) directly from production sites and supply it to timber trading companies and interior goods manufacturers.
